Our organization seeks an experienced Senior engineer to enhance IT Operations Management. You will configure and optimize ITOM and AIOps functionalities, streamlining operations through intelligent monitoring. This role requires significant experience with various tools to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ITOM event management and incident workflow automation
• Integrate Service Now with various collaboration tools
• Leverage Now Assist for effective incident handling and summarization
• Maintain CMDB integrity and data governance practices
• Write Python scripts for automation and data transformation
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience with Service Now ITOM and SRM
• Strong skills in Python and REST API usage
• Knowledgeable in AIOps and event intelligence tools
• Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD processes
• Experience with Terraform and multi-cloud environments
