Oracle HCM With Absence Management & Benefits Experience

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Benefits modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Absence and Benefits processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.
- Support data validation, system testing, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Provide post‑go‑live support and enhancements.
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Absence Management and Perks modules.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Knowledge of HCM business processes and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle HCM reporting and integrations is a plus.
