- Lead end-to-end incident resolution and RCA efforts
- Create support cases and manage escalations effectively
- Conduct daily ticket reviews for quality assurance
- Assist in onboarding clients with system configuration
- 7+ years of experience in a Microsoft-focused support role
- Strong problem‑solving and ownership skills
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Flexibility for after‑hours support
- Experience managing tickets in a 24x7 environment
