- 5+ years in operational resilience or related disciplines
- Familiarity with Canadian regulatory standards
- Experience with dependency mapping and recovery testing
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Preferred certifications like ABCP or CBCP Excel in operational resilience strategy and risk management at Aviva Canada.
