Collaborate with various teams to analyze data and discover efficiencies while managing vendor relationships and troubleshooting complex issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop IT solutions for retail pharmacy
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes
• Facilitate deployment and transition of IT solutions
• Ensure compliance and performance of pharmacy IT infrastructure
• Conduct data analysis for operational improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in pharmacy IT Systems Analysis
• Expertise in Power Shell and automation techniques
• Understanding of network architecture and cloud technologies
• Proficient in various operating systems and technologies
• Able to provide recommendations for future improvements
