We are currently supporting a client in hiring an HR Systems Specialist. • Manage and optimize HR systems, including workflows, automations, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
• Ensure data integrity and support system integrations
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
• Experience working with multiple HR systems and integrations
• Advanced Excel and/or BI tool proficiency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with automation or digital tools is an asset
