Burgeon IT Services LLC is hiring an HCM Consultant with expertise in Absence Management and Benefits for a long-term hybrid contract in Toronto.
Your role will center around Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
The ideal candidate will have more than five years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience and a strong grasp of Absence Management and Benefits modules. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring and deploying solutions, and providing post-go-live support. Engage directly with HR and technical teams to ensure system success and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure HCM Cloud modules for Absence Management and Benefits
• Engage with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Design, test, and implement Absence and Benefits processes
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams throughout the project
• Create functional documentation and training resources
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Extensive hands-on experience in Absence Management and Benefits
• Experience with configuration, implementation, and testing
• Understanding of HR operations and HCM processes
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
