Elevate your career as a Salesforce Analyst with Halton Region in Oakville. This hybrid position focuses on Salesforce system administration and technical support to drive digital services.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Resident Applications, you will enhance Halton Region's Salesforce system, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with the Digital Strategy. With at least five years in Salesforce Administration, you'll gather business requirements, lead project documentation, and collaborate with technical teams. Your experience will ensure that both system enhancements and ongoing application support are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Salesforce system operations and enhancements
• Analyze business requirements for new configurations
• Prepare project documentation and provide user training
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining system support
• Collaborate on procedural changes to minimize impact
Requirements:
• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum six years of IT experience
• Five years in Salesforce Administration/Development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in government organizations is an asset
