Join IPEX as a Senior Analyst in People Analytics, based in Oakville or Montreal. Leverage data solutions to influence strategic HR decisions and organizational outcomes.

In this full-time role at IPEX, you will harness your analytical expertise to scale the People Analytics function. Your experience in data pipeline design and Power BI dashboard creation will be pivotal in driving real business impacts through insightful HR data interpretation. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will enhance how analytics inform strategic priority settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build automated workflows and optimize data pipelines

• Create and evolve enterprise-level HR dashboards using Power BI

• Identify trends in workforce data for strategic insights

• Work closely with HR and IT for data solutions

• Ensure compliance with data integrity and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• At least 4 years of data analytics experience, including 2 years in People Analytics

• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and SQL

• Strong experience in HRIS systems and Snowflake

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
