Implementation Manager

Position: Euna Solutions Implementation Manager Needed
Become a vital part of Euna Solutions as an Implementation Manager, focusing on the onboarding of new clients within a hybrid work environment. Lead effective integrations of our SaaS products for optimal client satisfaction.
In this role, you'll be the primary liaison for clients during the onboarding process, gathering requirements and managing configurations. Your cooperative efforts with sales, product management, and technical teams will ensure an effective transition from sales to customer success. Your expertise will help refine our processes and enhance client education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact during client onboarding phases

• Customize system settings and integrations for clients

• Execute project management tasks and maintain timelines

• Develop and facilitate comprehensive training sessions

• Identify challenges and provide solutions during implementation
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or significant experience

• 3+ years in a SaaS implementation role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Capable of using software like Excel efficiently

• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Cloud Coach
