Join our team as a Business Data Analyst based in Oakville, Ontario. Elevate our data management capabilities with a focus on integration and governance in a hybrid setting.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and proper management of our data assets. Your responsibilities will include promoting improved data practices and facilitating access to reliable data for stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll enhance data integrity and support data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve data governance standards and procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities in the data environment
• Monitor and resolve data quality and integrity issues
• Maintain data models and proper documentation standards
• Collaborate with IT and business units for data integration
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong skills in PL/SQL and working knowledge of SQL-based tools
• Experience with data governance and quality management
• Good understanding of data management concepts and technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Visio
