Take charge of People Analytics at IPEX, a leader in advanced plastic piping systems. This role in Oakville or Montreal requires strong analytical leadership and strategic insight.
As the Lead, People Analytics, you will oversee the analytics team, shaping data into actionable insights that inform organizational planning and decision-making. With 5-8+ years of experience in People Analytics, you will drive workforce data integrity and establish clear reporting practices while enhancing analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the People Analytics team with effective project management
• Convert complex data into executive-ready insights
• Strengthen data integrity and governance practices
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency
• Partner with HR stakeholders to align insights with business needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Analytics
• 5-8+ years in People Analytics or HR Reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong SQL skills for data management
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
