In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Product Owner to define user-centered Salesforce solutions. Your design expertise will help create functional mockups and proofs of concept while leveraging Agile methodologies for deployment and feedback loops. Enhancing user journeys and data visualizations within Salesforce systems will be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define user-centric Salesforce solutions with the Product Owner
• Design and iterate on functional mockups and proofs of concept
• Support solution deployment through Agile practices
• Optimize end-to-end user journeys within Salesforce
• Enhance data visualizations and dashboard usability
Requirements:
• Significant experience in UX/UI design
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and implementation
• Experienced in optimizing dashboards and visual tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent collaboration skills across teams
