Enterprise Risk Director – Cybersecurity Focus

Sagen seeks a dynamic Director of Enterprise Risk Management specializing in IT security and cyber risk. Lead the company’s strategic oversight of risks related to digital technology and cybersecurity.
In this role, you will strengthen Sagen’s risk management framework, driving change in risk reporting, governance, and methodologies. Your expertise will enable the identification and prioritization of key risks, influencing decision-making processes as they pertain to technology and cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and measure IT security risks across platforms

• Develop policies reflective of regulatory standards

• Coordinate internal audits related to IT controls

• Monitor remediation actions on critical risk issues

• Champion a culture of risk awareness within the organization
Requirements:

• Degree in technology, business, or related field

• Over 10 years of relevant risk management experience

• Proven knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks

• Familiarity with governance risk compliance tools

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
