As the ERP Training Manager, your role will focus on ensuring business readiness through tailored training solutions. You will collaborate with IT and business partners, guide a team of trainers, and create innovative learning experiences. Your efforts will support the successful deployment and continuous improvement of ERP systems leveraging varied training formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct enterprise-wide ERP training needs analysis
• Develop comprehensive training and learning strategies
• Create high-quality training content for diverse formats
• Manage training documentation and access controls
• Analyze training feedback to enhance learning methods
Requirements:
• Degree in Education, Learning & Development, or similar
• 5+ years in training with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in using SAP Enable Now
• Change management certification beneficial
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
