BDO Technical Support Analyst

Join BDO's End User Services team as a Technical Support Analyst focused on assisting internal customers across Canada. You will set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals, while providing hardware and software support.
Your role emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for hardware and software issues
• Set up desktops and laptops with firm image
• Deliver remote and in-person desktop support
• Maintain inventory in the Asset Management Database
• Troubleshoot technology problems with customers
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in Level 2 end user support
•
Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, MCDST
• Strong documentation skills for ticket resolutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11
• Access to a vehicle for regional support travel
