ACCU-STAFF seeks a Platform IT Manager to oversee the management and evolution of IT platforms across manufacturing and engineering operations. The ideal candidate will possess more than seven years of IT management experience and three years in direct leadership roles. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to best practices in various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage enterprise IT platforms including ERP and MES
• Develop platform strategy and architecture aligning to objectives
• Direct implementations and upgrades of IT systems
• Collaborate with international teams to standardize practices
• Lead the team of analysts, engineers, and support staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 7+ years of IT platform management experience
• 3+ years leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in manufacturing IT systems required
• Proven track record in managing global projects
