FCT is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to enrich our IT Operations team. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in IT operations, application and infrastructure support. You will manage day-to-day IT activities, focusing on incident management, operational documentation, and disaster recovery support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily IT operations and incident management processes

• Monitor service health and coordinate issue resolution

• Participate in incident response and problem investigation

• Review and improve operational procedures and documentation

• Assist in production readiness and operational handoffs

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in IT operations or production support

• Diploma in Computer Systems Technology or related field

• Strong experience with Microsoft-centric environments

• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes

• Basic understanding of Disaster Recovery concepts
