Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media

Gestalt Communications is an Oakville-based communications firm working across branding, design, web development and copywriting for clients in a range of industries.

We are seeking a Digital Ad Specialist who masters Ad Managers, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Microsoft Clarity. You will drive performance across Meta and Google ecosystems by managing daily account optimisations, building structured A/B tests, writing data-driven creative briefs for our internal design team, and maintaining end-to-end conversion tracking architecture.

• Daily Campaign Management: Audit Meta and Google Ad accounts daily to make aggressive, data-backed adjustments to bidding, budgets, creative rotations, and targeting.
• Tracking Architecture: Build, troubleshoot, and maintain custom event tracking using GTM, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Server-Side/CAPI setups.
• Controlled Experimentation: Design structured testing frameworks (creative, copy, landing page variants) with clear hypotheses, sample logic, and post-test analyses.
• Creative Briefing: Translate user behavior data (from GA4 drop-off points and Clarity heatmaps/recordings) into actionable briefs for creative and web teams.

• Advanced, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (PMax, Search, You Tube), GTM, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot server-side vs. client-side tracking failures independently.
• Ability to isolate true incremental performance from platform-attributed vanity metrics.

• Must be able to reliably commute to Oakville, ON L6H 6Z7, or plan to relocate before starting
• Pay: $45,000–$65,000 per year
