A CIE provides a deliberate path from opportunity to delivery, aligning customer needs, sales objectives, and desired outcomes across licensing and professional services.
The Microsoft Frontier CIE Enablement Program Manager will adhere to the program’s standard operating procedures and governance for creating, delivering, managing, and following up on CIE engagements, including hand-offs to Technical Solution Architects. The role will also coordinate and manage the train-the-trainer enablement calendar.
The role requires cross-functional collaboration with facilitators, technical architects, and delivery engineers, as well as leadership reporting across Softchoice, WWT, and Microsoft.
