In this full-time position, you will manage high-volume requests from enterprise customers across phone, chat, and email. Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, maintaining client records, and offering personalized support to ensure effective use of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound requests from Enterprise customers
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical product issues
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders
• Capture customer feedback for product improvement
• Contribute to enhancements in service delivery
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer or technical support role
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in resolving complex issues quickly
