With 3-5 years of sourcing experience in the apparel industry, you will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding suppliers while driving quality initiatives. Your negotiation skills will seek to protect margins while establishing lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for vendor pricing and performance

• Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers effectively

• Lead initiatives to improve lead times and costs

• Create and manage vendor performance scorecards

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery success

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in sourcing or procurement

• Experience managing onshore and offshore relationships

• Excellent negotiation and organization skills

• Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making

• Advantageous experience with AI tools for vendor management
