Entripy, Canada’s leader in custom printed apparel, is seeking a Sourcing Lead to oversee all vendor interactions. This important role involves onboarding suppliers across both onshore and offshore channels, focusing on strategic asset development rather than mere transactions. You will ensure exceptional vendor performance while maintaining optimal costs and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own vendor relationships, managing pricing and issue resolution

• Source, vet, and onboard new vendors onshore and offshore

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance cost and quality

• Maintain onboarding playbooks and performance reviews

• Analyze market trends to inform sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in sourcing or supply chain experience

• Proven track record managing international vendor relations

• Strong negotiation skills and organizational abilities

• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
