Operations Planner for Wind Power

Drive supply chain success as an Operations Planner supporting NES Fircroft's Wind Power business in Oakville, ON. This hybrid role blends ordering, supplier management, and strategic collaboration effectively.

In this 4-month contract position, you will oversee purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement for both internal and aftermarket customers. Your collaboration with Customer Order Management, Logistics, and Procurement teams will enhance operational efficiency and material delivery. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in procurement and ERP systems like SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for Wind Power service locations

• Analyze operational processes for efficiency improvements

• Monitor key performance metrics and recommend enhancements

• Develop strong supplier relationships while addressing operational issues

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Minimum 2 years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management

• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
