As an Operations Procurement Specialist, you will manage vendor onboarding and drive negotiation efforts for mid-range procurement. Candidates should have over three years’ experience in procurement or vendor management, preferably in real estate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and effective communication are crucial for ensuring procurement success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and performance of vendors

• Execute sourcing strategies, including RFQs and negotiations

• Provide support on budget quotes and contract coordination

• Offer training and maintain strict policy compliance

• Analyze and draft local contracts as required
