This role requires bilingual proficiency in French and English, along with a strong foundation in logistics processes. Your experience will allow you to engage with account managers to navigate issues, monitor orders for accuracy, and collaborate effectively with warehouse and transport teams. Expect to improve customer delivery satisfaction while contributing to team training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively resolve logistics delivery issues
• Ensure timely release of orders from holds
• Monitor and adjust back orders daily
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for sales vehicles
• Partner with marketing to manage van inventory
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum two years’ logistics experience
• Solid SAP knowledge, especially APO and R3
• Strong communication and analytical skills
