Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize TMS for order lifecycle management

• Exceed customer pick-up and delivery expectations

• Develop relationships with contracted and regional carriers

• Perform systemic routing and spot shipment negotiations

• Prevent service failures through proactive analysis

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 2+ years in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain

• Canada over-the-road transportation experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft or Google Workspace

• Bachelor's in Logistics preferred
