Mechanical Maintenance Technician Brighton

As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of machinery, from initial setup to repairs and routine maintenance. This role requires effective communication with production staff and the initiative to address machinery breakdowns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee machinery operation and safety during shifts

• Perform major machine setups for new products

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct timely repairs

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all machines

• Collaborate with outside contractors for machinery needs

Requirements:

• Technical certification or 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong mechanical knowledge in various trades

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Must work weekends and lift up to 100 lbs

• Comply with CHS Health and Safety regulations
