As the head of maintenance and environmental services, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage maintenance, environmental, and laundry teams
• Oversee facility risk management and compliance

• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support
Requirements:
• 7+ years in building operations and maintenance
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in facility management and building codes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
