CHS Brighton Maintenance Technician

Contribute as a Maintenance Technician at CHS’s Brighton Road Facility. Embrace a crucial role focused on ensuring machinery reliability and operational continuity during shifts.

In this full-time position, you will directly report to the Maintenance Supervisor, maintaining equipment and assisting production processes. Your responsibilities include performing machine setups, troubleshooting issues, and executing preventive maintenance routines effectively with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation of all equipment during shifts

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns swiftly

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis

• Maintain communication with production staff about issues

• Keep maintenance areas organized and compliant with safety norms

Requirements:

• Preferred technical education or 2 years of hands-on experience

• Strong mechanical skills; familiarity with various trades

• Effective communication abilities in English

• Weekend availability and ability to lift significant weights

• Adherence to CHS Health and Safety standards
