In this full-time position, you will manage maintenance requirements, handle emergencies, and support residents in a prestigious condominium setting. Key skills include familiarity with building machinery, strong customer service experience, and proactive maintenance scheduling. You will also be responsible for following procedures, conducting regular checks on common areas, and enforcing condominium regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment

• Report maintenance needs and deficiencies promptly

• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with contractors

• Perform mechanical room checks and waste management

• Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance for all systems

Requirements:

• Experience with condominiums preferred
