As Maintenance Coordinator, you will handle preventative maintenance coordination, address urgent repair requests, and oversee third-party service providers. With a minimum of five years in facility-related fields, this role is tailored for organized professionals with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage monthly maintenance work schedules

• Maintain records for compliance with health and safety standards

• Manage maintenance costs and reconcile invoices

• Oversee inventories of tools and spare parts effectively

• Fill in and support maintenance activities as needed

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in facility operations

• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications

• Building Operator Class 1 certification preferred

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Required onsite presence 5 days a week in St. Jacobs
