Spray Painter – Construction & New Home Builds

Join a busy manufacturing team applying high-quality finishes to PVC, wood, metal, and cement products using manual and automated spray systems. This is a temp to hire opportunity, as they are looking for a long-term fit for their team.

Oakville, ON

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (early Fridays!)

Pay: $20-$26/hr + 4% vacation pay – dependent on experience and knowledge

What You’ll Do
– Prep materials and apply paint, stain & sealants (spray + hand application)
– Operate manual/automated spray equipment & conveyor systems
– Adjust paint flow/pressure and maintain equipment
– Inspect finished pieces for quality

What You Need
– 4+ years experience with free-hand spray application
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Able to wear all required PPE
– Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
