About the role

For Global Business Services - Project Services/Regional Process Office Team in Canada, we are looking for a Process and Technology Student to be located in Oakville who will be responsible to analyze, optimize and digitalize business processes

What will you do?
  • Contribute to identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with the consultants and the process owners.
  • Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team.
  • Support our internal improvement, idea and innovation programs.
  • Benchmarks and implements local and global initiatives and ensures alignment with company standards
What will you need to succeed?
  • Pursuing a Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or relevant Engineering disciplines.
  • Inspired by new technology implementations and enjoy to learn every day,
  • Being a early adapter and proactive
  • Possessing basic knowledge on algorithms and coding,
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the international project members,
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with regional and internal team members,
  • Having a continuous improvement and "can do" mentality
