In this crucial specialist role, you will develop manufacturing plans, optimize processes, and provide technical support. Your responsibilities include analyzing engineering drawings and creating NC programming, ensuring safety and compliance with aerospace standards. Collaborate with design and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Plans in ERP systems
• Create NC programming and technique sheets with suppliers
• Analyze engineering documents for manufacturability compliance
• Build standard work and train production operators
• Support troubleshooting and lead problem-solving initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree with 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical procedures
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of GD&T and quality standards
• Must meet ITAR and CGD requirements
