Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in manufacturing supervision

• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

• Knowledge of TQM and Kaizen methods

• Experience in leadership roles within manufacturing

• Proficiency in failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
