Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and assemble high-end custom cabinetry and millwork
• Read and interpret CAD plans and design drawings
• Use precision woodworking techniques for complex assemblies
• Lead and mentor cabinet makers and shop assistants
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain timelines
Requirements:
• 5+ years in cabinet making or a related trade
• Experience with high-end custom fabrication
• At least 1 year in a leadership role
• Proficient in reading shop drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
