Halton Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with expertise in cardiology to join its inpatient team. This role requires a master's degree and current NP registration, with a focus on providing comprehensive care to cardiology patients. You will use your advanced clinical skills to enhance patient outcomes and collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams.

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for cardiology patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to improve discharge efficiency
• Lead quality management programs and strategic planning initiatives
• Educate patients and families about health promotion and disease prevention

• Current NP registration in Extended Class with College of Nurses Ontario
• Master’s degree in Nursing is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in cardiology preferred
• Recent NP experience in an inpatient setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
