Position: Registered Nurse Position in Halton Region

As part of a committed healthcare team, your responsibilities will include delivering quality nursing care while managing communication between residents, physicians, and family members. You’ll play an important role in developing care plans, documenting health assessments, and leading front line staff to foster a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and document resident health

• Direct front line staff on care protocols

• Create a homelike atmosphere for residents

• Administer medications while safeguarding narcotics

• Participate in staff training and orientation

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BLS certification

• Completion of an approved RPN medication course

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills

• Understanding of compliance standards for care
