Acclaim Health is currently hiring for a part-time Registered Nurse who specializes in Palliative Care across the Halton area. You will work closely with patients and families, providing essential care that aligns with individual goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care tailored to palliative patients' needs
• Prioritize tasks for continuity of patient care
• Develop and adapt comprehensive care plans
• Monitor client health and health changes
• Administer treatments, medications, and wound care
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of community nursing experience
• Nursing background in hospice or palliative care preferred
• Registered with the CNO and current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Must have access to a valid driver's license
