Position: Registered Foot Care Nurse at Acclaim Health
Step into a rewarding role with Acclaim Health as a Registered Foot Care Nurse, providing essential care to clients in North Halton, Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton. Deliver high-quality, client-centered treatment while working both in the clinic and during home visits.

This part-time position requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll provide foot and hand care and assess clients' health within a supportive interdisciplinary team. A passion for patient education and independent care delivery is essential for this role, as is adherence to infection control guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide foot and/or hand care to clients in various settings

• Implement infection prevention practices in all procedures

• Assess health status of clients and document accordingly

• Liaise with primary care physicians as needed

• Attend required team meetings for care coordination

Requirements:

• Certification from an accredited Advanced Foot Care course

• Registered with the College of Nurses in good standing

• Current CPR certificate

• Experience with community-based client care

• Vulnerable sector police check completion
