Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Regularly assess and monitor residents’ health status
• Collaborate to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Educate residents and families on health and lifestyle choices
Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing from accredited institution
• Current registration with CNO as RPN
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
