Deliver exceptional nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse with Age Care. You will provide professional guidance to a dedicated team while ensuring high-quality care for residents.
As an RPN, you will collaborate with Registered Nurses to implement Age Care's policies and procedures effectively.
Your role includes liaising with physicians and ensuring the individual needs of residents are met, while providing direction to Personal Support Workers. Your expertise will help shape the care environment, enriching the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses on care policies
• Liaise with healthcare team members and partners
• Direct Personal Support Workers' daily activities
• Participate in shift reports on resident status
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses Ontario
• Background in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to quality resident care
