Join Acclaim Health as a Registered Practical Nurse in Oakville. This part-time role focuses on delivering compassionate care within a collaborative, on-site clinic environment.
As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at our Oakville Clinic, you will provide high-quality, client-centered nursing care across Halton. The position offers a part-time schedule requiring two weekly shifts and one weekend rotation every three weeks, along with statutory holidays. You'll work closely with a team dedicated to managing patients' health with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize day-to-day nursing care based on patient needs
• Implement and assess care plans for clients
• Administer medications, including injections and IVs
• Provide wound care for various types of injuries
• Ensure synchronization of client records daily
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of community nursing experience preferred
• Current registration with CNO and CPR certification
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Palliative care experience is an asset
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
