Outpatient Nurse

Position: Trillium Health Partners Outpatient Nurse Role
Advance your nursing career at Trillium Health Partners as an Outpatient Nurse focused on infusion therapies. Deliver compassionate care while supporting patients receiving IV treatments in a team-driven environment.

As an outpatient nurse, you will assess patients, initiate intravenous therapy, and monitor their responses throughout treatment. You’ll also collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure tailored care plans that meet each patient's needs.

Your role is essential in providing education and support to patients and their families, enhancing their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer intravenous infusions and monitor patient reactions

• Collaborate with staff on individualized care strategies

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments pre- and post-infusion

• Provide education to patients and families on care

• Document and report any adverse effects promptly

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with a valid Ontario nursing license

• ACLS certification required

• 3+ years of IV therapy experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge in infusion therapies including biologics
