Age Care is hiring an RAI Coordinator to manage and oversee MDS processes to ensure high-quality care delivery. You will deliver essential training and on-site support to team members, ensuring compliance with timelines and standards. This position requires a nursing background and extensive experience in long-term care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate MDS documentation and education training
• Monitor MDS assessment timelines and compliance
• Provide ongoing support to interdisciplinary team members
• Assist in coding assessments and improving accuracy
• Maintain an up-to-date resident assessment schedule
Requirements:
• Must be an RN or RPN registered in Ontario
• At least three years of experience in project leadership
• Familiar with the Long-Term Care Act and standards
• Deep understanding of MDS requirements
• Background in long-term care settings necessary
