Cogir Senior Living in Ontario seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered nursing care for residents across our retirement residences. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, implement care plans and document changes while mentoring unregulated caregivers.
Experience with gerontology and seniors is preferred; current RPN licensure is required, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered service delivery and collaboration with family members.
