Part-Time Registered Nurse Complex Care GTA

Make a genuine impact as a Part-Time Registered Nurse specializing in Developmental Services and Complex Care. Work weekends to enhance the lives of individuals with complex needs in the GTA.

This role offers the chance to provide specialized care on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., totaling 24 hours per week. You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care plans, and respond to medical emergencies while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete nursing assessments and health-care plans

• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies

• Administer treatments within CNO standards

• Monitor medications and coordinate care recommendations

• Educate staff and families on health conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Post-graduate experience with developmental disabilities

• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills

• Independent and effective communication abilities
