Key Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough nursing assessments and healthcare documentation

• Address medical concerns and liaise with healthcare partners

• Administer treatments following organizational policies

• Ensure effective medication management and monitoring

• Facilitate patient and family education on health conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• RN license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Post-graduate experience with complex care needs

• Exceptional assessment and documentation skills

• Confidence in autonomous and team settings
