In this position, you'll work part-time on weekends, providing essential care on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You'll engage with individuals and their families, using your clinical judgement to enhance health outcomes while working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in various specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and care plans
• Address medical emergencies and provide follow-up care
• Administer treatments according to CNO standards
• Track medication and coordinate with prescribers
• Educate staff and families on care techniques
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered as an RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with developmental disabilities or mental health
• Excellent prioritization and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
